Alternatively, agents can simply select "Custom Template" to choose the items

profile is automatically created for that individual. Requested items are
populated in the profile in anticipation of customer submitted data. As that
data enters, the profile is updated in real time and agents can approve or
decline those items individually. Subsequent requests to that customer are added
to the original profile so that it can be kept up to date with current IDs (as
they expire), changes in home address or even changes in appearance as they age.

Can we use our own
data providers?
Yes. We can easily use your existing account(s) through our API if you choose to go that route.
Due to our volume, however, our per-look-up rates are usually lower than what merchants can get on their own.
How much does the
service cost?
There are many data points - each with its own cost, which also depends on volume - so rates have to be calculated on an individual basis.
In short: we don't display pricing because it varies by merchant.
Does authified use facial
recognition?
Facial recognition technology can be enabled if you prefer to automate that aspect of your onboarding process.
Some merchants choose to verify photo matches manually due to cost savings, but it is at the merchant's discretion.
Does authified incorporate
OCR technology?
OCR, or Optical Character Recognition, is used to pull data from scans or photos of documents.
Authified does employ this technology for driver's licences, passports and a handful of other documents.
Do you offer agent
training for the tool?
Authified was designed to be so easy to learn and so fool-proof that training is not required.

Is it possible to host
the tool on our own servers?
